Missed Lessons Policy

  • Group classes:
    If you miss a class, you may attend any approved technique class as a catch-up lesson.
    Refunds are not given for missed classes.
  • Private lessons:
    If you miss a private lesson and provide notice by phone or email before 2:00pm on the day of the lesson, you may choose either:
  • a refund, or
  • a catch-up lesson at a later date.
  • Please email novaperformingarts@gmail.com to let us know your preference.
    Inadequate notice will result in no refund or catch-up lesson.

Fee Due Dates

  • Fees are charged per term, which usually consists of 9, 10, or 11 weeks.
  • We follow public school term dates.
  • Fees must be paid by Week 2 of each term.

Payment Plans

  • Weekly or fortnightly payment plans are available.
  • Please contact us when you receive your fees so we can arrange a plan for you.

Costume Fees – Performance Dance Classes

This year, we are trialling a new system to provide families with greater stability and certainty.


  • Eisteddfod costumes will be charged with Term 1 fees.
  • Concert costumes will be charged with Term 3 fees.


Costume fees are set and will not change.

If a costume fee is not required (for example, if a costume is not needed or sourced at a lower cost), the amount will be credited to your account.
